2025 Conference Registration Policies:
- Regular registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
- On-site registrations are available on Sunday, October 26 and Monday, October 27, 2025, and will be assessed the walk-in rate.
- All registrations must be paid in full by Saturday, October 25, 2025.
- No registrations will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
- Written cancellation notice received by Sunday, October 19, 2025, will receive a refund. Cancellations received after Sunday, October 19, 2025, are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be emailed to [email protected]
- All cancellations must contain the full name of the registrant; please include the invoice number, if known.
- No shows will not receive a refund.
