MSCA Leadership Development Institute (LDI) on Wednesday, July 31, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, MN. A virtual option will also be available for those unable to attend in person.

 At the LDI, we'll be forming our MSCA committees for the coming year. You are welcome to share your committee preferences if you have them ahead of time, but committee assignments will take place during the LDI event.

Committee members are expected to participate in monthly planning meetings via Zoom, as well as attend our in-person LDI on July 31. Ideally, members would also attend the Fall MSCA State Conference on October 26–27 in Duluth. We’ll work to keep the time commitment both manageable and meaningful. Your participation would be invaluable as we work to celebrate excellence and ensure our members feel informed, supported, and engaged.
