2023 Conference Registration Policies:

Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2023.
On-site registrations are available on Sunday, November 5 and Monday, November 6, 2023, and will be assessed the respective walk-in fee. Persons choosing on-site registration do so with the understanding that food and beverage may or may not be available (first-come, first-served).
All registrations must be paid in full by Sunday, October 22, 2023. Registrations not paid by Sunday, October 22, 2023, will be assessed a $50 late fee per registration.
Registrations submitted between October 16 and October 22, 2023, must be paid at the time of registration (payment via credit card only).
All registrations and fees must be paid prior to attending the conference.
No registrations will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2023
Written cancellation notice received by Sunday, October 22, 2023, will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Written cancellations received between October 23 and October 29 will receive a refund, minus a $75 administrative charge. Cancellations received after Sunday, October 29, 2023, are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be emailed to [email protected]
All cancellations must contain the full name of the registrant; please include the invoice number, if known.
No-shows will not receive a refund.
