We are pleased to announce our Sunday Keynote Presenter!

We are SO excited to bring this up-and-coming, genuine, engaging presenter and her incredible message!
Denise Soler Cox will be our Keynote Presenter on Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 1:00 to 2:30pm.

What is today's most talented and diverse workforce looking for? (Hint: It's not more money.)
Denise’s keynote takes the promise of diversity and inclusion and gives it a purpose: belonging.
She not only provides greater understanding of what creates and deepens our experience of belonging, but also provides simple actions we take to amplify the experience of belonging.
She will share with us the four most important distinctions around creating belonging at work in a refreshingly relatable way. Her message is for anyone who has ever questioned if they belonged at work, at home or in their community.
By the end of her keynote, you will be able to spot where a greater sense of belonging is needed and be equipped with tools to actively create and cultivate it in your professional and personal life.
