2022 Conference Registration Policies:

• Registration closed at 9 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022.
• On-site registrations are available 12 p.m. Sunday, November 6 - 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2022 and will be assessed a $50 late fee per registration. Persons choosing on-site registration do so with the understanding that the food and beverage choices may or may not be available (first-come, first-served).
• All registrations must be paid in full by Friday, October 14, 2022. Registrations not paid by Friday, October 14, 2022, will be assessed a $50 late fee per registration.
• All registrations and fees must be paid prior to attending the conference (last day to pay online or by check is November 1, 2022).
• Payment for Early Bird registrations must be received by Wednesday, October 5, 2022. If Early Bird registrations are not paid by Wednesday, October 5, 2022, the registration fee will revert to the regular applicable member/non-member rate.
• Registrations submitted between October 1 and October 14, 2022, must be paid at the time of registration (payment via credit card only).
• No registrations will be accepted after 9 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022
• Written cancellation notice received by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022, will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative charge. Written cancellations received between October 1 and October 14 will receive a refund, minus a $75 administrative charge. Cancellations received after Friday, October 14, 2022, are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be emailed to [email protected]
• All cancellations must contain the full name of the registrant; please include the registration five-digit “order number” or invoice number, if known.
• No-shows will not receive a refund.
